Yoga & Breathwork

We bring calm and clarity directly to you. Our team offers tailored yoga, breathwork, and work-related meditation for companies and events. We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, so you can relax and immerse yourself without any worries. Our sessions are for everyone—experienced or not.

We teach all levels and can plan according to your needs. Whether you want simple stretches and breathing exercises that everyone can join, or challenging and intense sessions that are proven to reduce stress and restore inner peace.

At the office, on the rooftop, in the courtyard, or in the open air, we are flexible. We bring all the necessary equipment to ensure the best possible experience

Workshops

We organize workshops and mental health events at your location. You can’t think your way to inner peace. It requires training and personal experience to discover what works best for you.

We combine ancient techniques with the latest research in breathwork, mental health, meditation, and nature therapy. With durations of 2-4 hours, our unique workshops can be tailored to formats that meet your needs and interests

Themes

This workshop is designed for busy teams, to provide a better understanding of how calm and breaks can improve the team’s overall performance while also strengthening social bonds and well-being within the team. We focus on mental well-being through guided meditation, breathwork, and practical exercises. Participants will learn, through specific exercises, how calm and breaks can enhance their focus and performance in a hectic workday.

Her får du redskaber til at helbrede dig selv med åndedrættet og forstå hvordan vi kan kontrollere hjernens forskellige stoffer ved hjælp af åndedrættet. Du lærer at trække vejret sundere og vil blive introduceret til åndedrætskontrol der består af videnskabelige åndedrætsmetoder, som er effektive, altid tilgængelige og nemme at udføre. 
Vi afslutter med isbad for krop eller hænder alt efter ønske.
